Having looked round the site a bit, looking at build reviews etc, I came across Dragon Armor used in a lot of builds. As I've only been playing under a month, I have 1 char, W/Mo who I've gotten through ascenion and onto the Iron mines of Moladune.
When looking at the stats for the Dragon Armor, it gave a location caleld Ventari's Dell. Now I know where Ventari's refuge is, but I have no clue where Ventari's Dell is, and I've looked through your maps that you have too.

Is Dragon Armor a PvP only armor, is it further ahead in the story, is it only for certain types of Profession, or am visually impaired to not be able to see where this place is?

I don't know of a place called Ventari's Dell, nor do I play warrior...

But I'm quite sure it's the 15k armor, that you can get in either Granite Citadel to the norht, or Marhan's Grotto to the south..

There is no such place as Ventari's Dell. There's a place here on the forums called Ventari's Sell. It's for players who want to sell their items in a (semi) controlled environment without all the spam.
Dragon armor is located at the Granite Citadel (in the Southern Shiverpeaks). It is NO different than the platemail you get at Droknar's Forge. It costs 15k per piece (75k total). It's basically for players who like the look better, or just have extra money to spend.

Ventari's Dell was renamed Ventari's Refuge.
